HOW TO APPLY STRIP LASHES

Applying strip lashes can seem intimidating at first, but with a little practice and the right techniques, you’ll be applying them like a pro. Here is everything you will need to apply them:

• Strip lash of your choice

• Eyelash adhesive

• Tweezer

• Mirror

• Mascara [optional]

• Scissors [optional]

The steps are:

Step 1: Align the lash band with your natural lash line to check for fit, and trim excess if necessary.

Step 2: Apply a thin layer of eyelash adhesive along the band of the strip lash; wait about 30 seconds for the glue to become tacky. NB: Do not over-apply the glue.

Step 3: Using a tweezer or your fingers, gently place the strip lash as close to your natural lash line as possible.  Start by placing the middle of the lash first, then adjust the inner and outer corners to secure it. NB: Make sure there is no gap between the strip lash and your natural lash line.

Step 4: Apply a light coat of mascara to help both sets of lashes blend seamlessly.
