The Lash Delight box contains not only lashes but full-size beauty products from various leading cosmetic brands and each box vary greatly by theme.

HOW OFTEN WILL I GET THIS BOX?

The box will be delivered on a bi-monthly (every two months) basis.

WHEN I SIGN UP WHICH MONTH WILL I GET MY BOX?

We operate a cut-off date for orders, the current cut-off date is 20th of each and delivery is between 14th/15th of the next month. Orders placed after the cut-off date will be sent in the next bi-monthly box.


For example, if you place your order January 20th or before the 20th, you will receive your box on the 14th of February.

WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY BOX?

This is a subscription box which operates as a club. We need to get all club members existing and new to place their orders by the cut-off date. After the cut-off date, we process all the orders which take about two weeks. Once we process all orders we then get our courier fulfilment company to deliver your boxes to you. We will keep you posted throughout via email and text messages.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A BOX SELLS OUT?

Our boxes sell out fast because we operate an exclusivity model which means we only do 6 boxes a year. When a box sells out you will be added to the waiting list to receive the next box. To avoid this you can prepay to subscribe to receive 3 or 6 boxes, this guarantees you get your box each time.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

You can pay for your subscription on a bi-monthly (pay-as-you-want), prepay for 3 boxes or prepay for 6 boxes. You can pay using mobile money, credit or debit card. Orders have to be paid in advance before we can deliver your box.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY?

Free delivery within Accra, however, you will have to pay the difference if you live outside Accra. So for example, if we pay GHS 10 cedis for your free delivery and you live in Kaosa and the delivery cost is GHS 25 cedis, you will pay GHS 15. International shipping is not free and rate varies depending on the country. We only ship to countries in Africa at the moment.

WHAT IS THE REFUND, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?

No Refunds, we do not give refunds once you have subscribed for the boxes or after you receive it. We are sorry about this! The beauty of subscription boxes is to discover things you love, try new things as well as to be surprised. Unfortunately, once your order has been placed and your package has been received, we are unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange for your box. This includes subscription to prepaid 3 or 6 boxes.

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

Yes, the boxes are prepaid so you have the control to decide to place an order for the bi-monthly box each time we open up for orders or not. You can choose to skip boxes by not placing an order. If you subscribe to a prepaid 3 or 6 boxes you cannot cancel.

WHAT ARE SNEAK PEEKS /SPOILERS?

Our happiness is knowing that each time you receive our box you will be presently surprised. However, we also think a little keeping is ok so for each box we will give you at least a sneak peek of one or two products.

HOW DO COUPONS/REWARD POINTS WORK?

Points can be redeemed within your account starting at 100 points. Points are only redeemable for add on purchase items in the online shop or from our quarterly online pop-up-shop events.


100 Points = GHS 10 off your next order

200 Points = GHS 20 off your next order

500 Points = GHS 50 off your next order


Coupons are given as part of our promotional and rewards to existing and new members.

WHAT DOES EXCLUSIVE MEMBERS OFFERS MEAN?

We offer exclusive products, coupons and rewards to our customers who subscribe to our Lash Delight Subscription boxes. Once you subscribe you have to order at least two boxes to qualify as a member and 3 boxes to be a VIP member.

THE ONLINE SHOP

You can also buy products from our online store as add-ons when you order your box or as separate orders.
Please note that for exclusivity purposes we do not stock lashes we put in our Lash Delight Boxes.

POP-UP-ONLINE SHOP?

We run a quarterly pop-up-shop for members only by invitation to shop new products before it becomes available on the store at discounted rates. We also include reducing to clear products giving huge savings on luxury brand products from existing and emerging brands.

HOW DO I RAISE A COMPLAINT?

Our aim is to provide great customer experience to our customers. However, there may be rare occasions where we may not reach this goal for reasons that may be beyond our control. We ask that in such rare occasions you give us a chance to resolve your complaint by contacting us directly via email or by calling us.
